Clear white flesh with blush bronze over green skin. Excellent cooking and dessert quality apple. Mid to late-season variety that is partially self-fertile. Heavier crops are produced when pollinated by another variety of apple such as Cox’s Orange Pippin, Discovery, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Kidd’s Orange Red and Scarlet Nonpareil.
