A small tree with broad, round head. Has large,rounded leaves. Flowers are a pale pink colour that emerge from the stems before the leaves unfold in the spring. May be grown in full sun or partial shade where soils are moist but free-draining. Hardy and deciduous with good autumn colour.
Grows to approximately 4m x 5m.
