Looks stunning with its bright purple-blue flowers and inky blue-black stems and calyces. Begins to flower in Spring and right through to the end of Summer. Best grown in a sheltered position where soils are reasonably fertile, moist but free-draining. Trim the stems of spent flowers back to next set of leaf node.
