A small, deciduous tree that has white blossom, tinge with pink and begin to emerge in early to mid-Spring. Has mid-green foliage during Summer that turns to shades of orange-yellow. These are then followed by brilliant red crabapples in Autumn and through into Winter. Fruit can be harvested to make an excellent crabapple jelly. Older fruit is often a source of food for birds.
