Develops into a medium sized plant producing thick, cherry-red stems that are sweet and tender. Will produce quite heartily making it a very popular Winter variety with good colour in Autumn. Prefers a sunny position where there is plenty of organic material, moist soils that are free-draining. Remove allflowers stems as and when they start to form.
Grows to between 80cm and 90cm both in height and width.
