An excellent choice of for using when cooking and baking as they are very tart in flavour. They are easy peel having thin skins. The fruit are small and turn yellow when ripe, however they may also be picked when green. Harvest time is approximately from December through into February. Plant in a sunny position where soils are fertile, evenly moist especially when in fruit and free-draining. Protect from frosts.
May grow to a height of 3.5m if left untrimmed.
Excellent grade trees at least 1m tall.
