Two different varieties of Nashi grafted onto one tree to help save space and to provide with a longer fruiting season. Best grown in a sunny, sheltered position where soils are fertile, free-draining and moist especially when in fruit. Prune as required or may be trained to create an espalier.
Hosui is excellent eating, sweet, juicy with a good acid balance aand a fine texture. Ripens mid-season.
Kosui has crisp flesh is sweet, juicy with a refreshing flavour. Reliable heavy cropper. An early season variety.
Naturally grows to between 5m and 6m in height.
