Doyenne Du Comice is a dessert variety that is rounded with greenish-yellow skin and a pink blush. Best to pollinate with another variety such as Packham’s Triumph. A mid to late season variety and fruit may be harvested in and around April and May. Plant in a sunny position where soils are fertile, free-draining and moist especially when in fruit.
Packham’s Triumph is a good all purpose variety that produces heavy crops. Mid-season with fruit being ready to harvest from April onwards. A suitable pollinator for Doyenne Du Comice.
