Better known as Harakeke. These are one of the oldest selections and still one of the best performers. Has weeping, green foilage with distinctive cream-white and pink variegation at the leaf margins. Flowers start to emerge in mid-spring and attract nectar-feeding birds. Will grow in either full sun or partial shade and tolerates most types of soil, dry or moist. A hardy, evergreen native that is suitable for windy and coastal locations.
Grows to between 1m and 1.2m in height and width.
