Better known as Horoeka and Lancewood. An unusual native plant, usually single stemmed, with long, thin, leathery leaves in the juvenile state. If the tips remain undamaged, they will grow to about 3m to 4m before branching. Excellent feature plant. Plant in fertile, moist free-draining soil either in full sun or partial shade.
Has a mature height of about 5m to 6m.
