A hardy evergreen shrub with long, dark foliage and bearing maroon, bottlebrush-like flowers over a long period of time. Excellent when grown as a ground cover or cascading over tops of walls. Best grown in a sunny position where soils are free-draining and suitable for growing in coastal locations. Avoid using fertilisers with phosphate.
