A French hybrid that produces large flower spikes upto 15cm long, hence its common name of Fat Lavender. Flowers are highly fragrant with a rich, deep violet colour that emerge during Summer. A hardy, evergreen shrub that tolerates periods of drought. Best grown in full sun in dry to medium, poor soils that are free-draining. Ideal for growing in coastal locations.
Grows to between 70cm and 90cm both in height and width.
