Has an upright growth habit with small, oval-shaped foliage that are reddish-bronze in colour then becoming dark during colder months. Produces small, star-shaped, cream coloured flowers in summer which are then followed by reddish-purple berries. May be grown in full sun or part shade where soils are reasonably fertile, moist and free-draining.
Grows to approximately 2.5m x 1m.
