Better known as Dwarf Japanese Sacred Bamboo. A hardy evergreen that has densely foliaged, ascending branches resulting in a rounded, compact shrub. The bronze to green foliage turns to brilliant red in autumn. Plant in a sunny position where soils are average to fertile and free-draining. Grows to between 80cm and 100cm both in height and width.
