A stunning, evergreen shrub with deep green foliage producing rich, deep red flowers fron early Spring. Thrives in partial shade where soils are acidic, suitably moist, rich in humus and free-draining. Deadhead and give the plant a light trim to help maintain shape and to encourage new growth. Apply mulch once a year to keep root system cool and retain moisure.
Grows to about 1.5m both in height and width.
