Sambucus nigra Laciniata, Cut – leaved Elderberry – 4.5Ltr

A handsome deciduous shrub with fine, deeply incised foliage. In early Summer, flat flowerheads of creamy-white flower begin to emerge followe by small, glossy purple-black berries that are edible after being cooked and they also attract birds. May be grown in full sun or partial shade where soils are moist, average condition and free-draining.

Grows to between 3m and 4m both in height and width.
