Rhodohypoxis are small clump-forming herbaceous perennials with tufts of hairy, narrowly lance-shaped leaves and solitary star-shaped flower that are light pink in colour. They begin to appear in early summer. Best grown in a sunny position where soils are slightly acidic to neutral and free-draining. They are perfect for planting in an alpine garden, rockery or in containers. Grows to between 10cm and 15cm in height.
