Ilex J. C. Van Tol, Holly – Pb18

Has spineless evergreen foliage with attractive dark purple-green stems. From autumn and through winter the rich green foliage is accompanied by really profuse red berries that attract birds and is ideal for growing as hedges. Prefers either full sun or partial shade in moist but well drained soil and will tolerate coastal conditions.

Grows to approximately 5m x 3m.
