Has a neat, pyramidal growth habit whose outer branches slightly droop and foliage that is red colour during Summer then turning to various shades of orange, apricot and purple during Autumn. Easy to grow in average type soils that are moist but free-draining. Handsome looking specimen/feature trees that are hardy. Deciduous.
