A small deciduous tree with a rounded canopy of compound, pinnate dark green foliage that provides stunning autumn colour of orange, red and yellow. They produce greenish flowers in spring and female trees then go on to develop small, inedible, red berries in autumn. They provide good shade during summer, winter hardy, tolerates heat and drought. Best grown in full sun where soils are rich in organic material, moist and free-draining. Will handle some light shade.
Grows to approximately 10m x 8.5m.
