Has straight stems that form a narrow crown with good resistance to drought and windy conditions, foliage is good for stock fodder. May be used to create shelter belts. Grows well in either full sun or partial shade where soils are moist and free-draining.
Grows to between 25m and 30m in height and up to 6m wide.
