A smaller growing maple with heavily serrated lobes, in spring tones of deep, glowing strawberry red and pink with veins of green, maturing to red-green in summer. Autumn tones of brilliant red. Grows approximately 1.2m round. Suitable for a full sun to part shade position with protection from blistering afternoon sun. Perfect in sheltered spots, protect from hot, dry and coastal wind. Plant in fertile, moist, well drained soil.
